What would it mean for you
to live in rhythm?
Hello! Welcome to Live In Rhythm’s online home. I’m so glad you’re here and I look forward to learning more about you. I’m Kerrie, and I'm dedicated to helping women discover and listen to their innate body wisdom. This empowering practice allows one to be self-referencing and discerning as to what approaches, philosophies, and ways of living and being in the world are most aligned for them.
If any of the following questions resonate with you we may be a match to work together through a coaching program.
~ Could you use a safe space and open ear to sort through and gain clarity on different aspects of your life?
~ Are you feeling confused or conflicted by different dietary philosophies?
~ Do you desire deeper self-care, but feel overwhelmed with which strategies to incorporate and when?
~ Would you like to shed excess weight, but don’t want to count calories, eliminate carbs, or feel deprived?
~ Do you have a health concern or symptom that persists, despite your attempts to “fix” it?
~ Have you been wanting to cultivate a consistent meditation, yoga, or spiritual practice?
~ Do you yearn to release distraction, uncertainty, and stress that’s keeping you from living in alignment with your highest values?
If you’ve been contemplating any of these questions, I want you to know that there is no one “right” answer or approach. However, there are answers and strategies that are just right for you.
What would be most nourishing for you today?
What would be most nourishing for you today?
Not what someone else thinks you should do, but what YOU truly feel is best for you.
What answer(s) arise within? This is your inner knowing speaking to you. The answers that come forward are valuable and deserve your attention. But what if you are unsure how to connect to your inner knowing?
Why are we disconnected from our inner knowing?
Why are we disconnected from our inner knowing?
Devices, screens, negative news, little sleep, low-quality food, eating on the run, skipping meals, disorganization, lack of true connection, too much caffeine, too little water, toxins, overly intense exercise, disconnection from the natural world, never-ending to do lists, over-working, and unfulfilling tasks, etc. can wreak havoc on our sensitive hearts and nervous systems.
We are often left feeling disconnected from ourselves as we feel the residual effects of the above stressors.
What are some of the practices to create a counterpoint to these destabilizing habits, overwhelm, and swirl of confusion?
~ Ritual
~ Stillness
~ Inquiry
Creating and cultivating practices that include ritual, stillness, and inquiry give us access to the essence of our true Self and our sacred inner knowing.
When we can offer ourselves compassionate presence and understanding we have access to the truth dwelling within us. Rather than exhaustively searching outside of ourselves, we can find the answers we’re seeking through self-inquiry, self-awareness, and self-love.
We are already whole despite our uncomfortable symptoms, unwanted behaviors, unhealthy habits, disempowering stories, and limiting beliefs.
Ritual, stillness, and inquiry can support us in navigating the changing tides of our lives with grace and compassion. From this place, we have the capacity to hear the inner nudges guiding us to our next best step. With an open-heart and a calm mind we can begin to deliberately craft our days in a way that feels nourishing, grounding, and empowering.
Living our lives from this fully resourced and soul-oriented place gives us access to an inner set of tools that we can consistently rely on to cultivate health, well-being, happiness, and joy.
